TALENT RELEASE & RIGHTS GRANT

I irrevocably grant to Real Big Vision ("Producer"), its successors, assignees, and licensees, the absolute right to use, reproduce, publish, broadcast, exhibit, distribute, and otherwise exploit my name, likeness, image, voice, and performance captured during this production, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. I understand no compensation is owed unless separately agreed in writing.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Real Big Vision, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by me while participating in the production or while on shoot premises, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE. I assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation and confirm I am in good health.
